We ship to Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia only. Box price does not include extra carry-up or installation.
Small parcels (phones, laptops, tablets, earbuds): packed 1–2 working days after payment. Tracking is added to your order when the courier collects.
Bulky goods (TV, fridge, air-con, washer, electric scooter): the courier books a delivery slot. Ground-floor delivery is the default. Stairs, installation, gas, electrical work and assembly are not included.
Electric scooters may need local registration. You are responsible for any road-tax, insurance or licence in your country.
If an address is incomplete we pause shipping and message you in Inbox or WhatsApp. Unpaid orders close after 24 hours and the unbox chance is not returned.
