LuckyBox sells sealed boxes at a published fixed price. Opening reveals which listed item you get. The box price does not change with the item.
You must be 18+. Mystery boxes involve spending risk. Do not unbox more than you can pay.
You need an unbox chance. Opening creates an unpaid order. You cannot unbox again until it is paid or it closes after 24 hours. The chance is not returned if unpaid.
Drop rates are on the odds page and change with stock.
Shipping only to Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Small parcels go by courier. Bulky goods (TV, fridge, AC, washer, e-scooter) need an appointment; install and carry-up are not included.
Card payments are processed by the checkout gateway. We do not store full card numbers.
After-sales: open a ticket. Unshipped paid orders may be reviewed for refund. Digital chance packs are credited on payment and are not shipped.
